Doesn't honor reservation I had booked a room with 2 beds, but on checking in was told they didn't have one. They offered me 2 rooms with one bed each, but expected me to pay for the second room. The next day saw a family who were checking in have the same thing happen.

This is a low end hotel but fairly clean. We reserved 3 rooms with 2 beds on each room. On arrival advised only one room available with 2 beds and invited us to purchase another room. Eventually we got rooms ordered. We watched this happen to two other parties during our stay.

Not too good Room stunk like smoke. Thugs hanging around in lobby arguing with 2 girls from the staff, sounded like they were arguing about personal relationship problems. Party going on in a room across the hall very loud.

Did the job You pay for what you get. And even then I feel I paid a little more than I should have. The staff was friendly. Helped us when necessary. But everytime we saw them in the lobby they were lounging and gossiping. The grab n go "breakfast" was so-so. Coffee was amazing. Our toilet was extremely loud when it flushed. The bathroom had a cockroach or two when we checked in. The shower curtain and towels need some severe updating. The towels were rough and barely dried you off. Disappointed with cleanliness The first room I checked into was dirty--sticky mess on the desk, dirty bathtub floor and mildew around the faucet, just not acceptable. I asked for another room and was promptly transferred (the woman who worked there was very nice about it), but the second room was disappointing too--no light bulb in the lamp on the desk, standing water found in the bathtub, and the room smelled like someone had been smoking inside at some point. I Expected More for Close to $100/night There is no sound barrier between rooms. I tried two different rooms; in the first there was a cacophony from the upstairs in neighbor and in the second I was awoken at 3:30 AM both mornings by pounding footsteps, even while wearing earplugs. The hotel is cannot control guest noises, but the building is clearly poorly built for noise control. The shower handle was broken and hard to use, and the room door would not close correctly. you get less than what you pay for... If you can avoid booking here then do so... the lady at the counter was nice though

It's an extended stay.... My stay was fine and what I expected from an extended stay hotel. No frills, do not clean room. It was convenient to where I was working.
