I Expected More for Close to $100/night There is no sound barrier between rooms. I tried two different rooms; in the first there was a cacophony from the upstairs in neighbor and in the second I was awoken at 3:30 AM both mornings by pounding footsteps, even while wearing earplugs. The hotel is cannot control guest noises, but the building is clearly poorly built for noise control. The shower handle was broken and hard to use, and the room door would not close correctly. you get less than what you pay for... If you can avoid booking here then do so... the lady at the counter was nice though

It's an extended stay.... My stay was fine and what I expected from an extended stay hotel. No frills, do not clean room. It was convenient to where I was working.

Cave Dweller This hotel had extremely hard beds. I tossed and turned every night for 3 nights. My (and my other guest) back ached, I remained sleep deprived and cranky for the duration of my stay here as a result of the slab of stone that they call a bed. These rock hard beds would make a caveman cringe. Of all the hotels I've visited in my 39 years, housekeeping services was a given. NO HOUSEKEEPING This hotel does not have housekeeping. Trash does not get emptied, bed not made, fresh towels not provided. Had to go down to reception desk to ask for toilet paper at 1AM. Extra trash bags were not provided so could not empty trash myself. Not informed about no housekeeping at check in

The fridge was broken and my husband was sick and I needed ice for a cold drink for him. The guy at front said there was no ice machine and that the fridge should make ice soon but it never did get cold enough. The counter in bathroom had toothpaste on it upon arrival. Hotel was behind several office buildings so you could not see quickly from highway. I thought the guy at desk could have offered ice from another room but he never did and said oh well when I said the fridge never got cold! Would not stay there again.

Extended Stay America, Leonardtown, MD My room was filthy, from the bathroom to the kitchen, including dog feces from a previous guest.When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there was nothing avialable. The kitchen was poorly equiped and had NO cooking utensils at all. The coffee pot still had the used coffee pack from a previous guest. I had to clean the toilet and the bathroom sink before I could use them. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

about my stay I wish I would of never tried that place.I do believe I read the same complaint about this place before and after that the beed was like sleeping on a slap of concrete.The entertainmant meaning television you only got 30 channels and one premium showtime station which sucked.I will never spend a penny on that place ever agian.I wish I could get my money back as the price I paid wasn't worth it.
