Six nights of disappointments When we checked in there was no King bed it was Queen there were no pillows, no blankets, the fridge didn't work, there was a hot plate missing and open wires to the other side and not an amenity insight. After two days of pestering, we did get a frig that worked, every item we had to go to the front desk and request. A table knife, cups for drinking coffee, the coffee maker. Even though it advertised free breakfast apparently you had to pay upper rates to get it. I certainly paid an appropriately high rate???

Dirty rooms and no assistance from manager When we arrived our room was already dirty at check-in. The fridge had food and stains in it, razors in the shower, mold growing on the wall and towels pushed under the bathroom counter. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager wasn't there all weekend and she never got back to me regarding my issue. Promises not kept We were promised a handicapped room a week before arrival and it wasn't available on arrival. Two different receptionists made promises that were never realized. They couldn't even set the wake up call, so don't depend on that, either.

Don't extend your stay My main complaint was cleanliness, I tried not to look too hard for fear of what I might find. What was noticeable was a long black hair on the bathroom sink, there was a penny on the floor in the bathroom and my shoes would stick to the floor in spots. It said to me that minimal (if any effort) was made to clean. The lamp fixtures by the bed had a layer of dust that had to accumulate for many months.
