Uncomfortable Has roaches , told staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it . Spoke with the manager she said the same thing and said she’ll give me a discount for the next time I book with the but I never received the email for the discount . Rooms was kinda clean but some of them smell of smoke and funk

Choose other hotel Check person not available after 10 PM and I landed late and that already communicated through booking.com but no one was there to check me in and at mid night I ran to another hotel and it's worst experience. Not much to share

Bad As soon as we walked in our room we saw roaches crawling on the bed, walls, and bathroom. We left immediately. The front desk was nice.

Couldn’t pay me to go back! The rude unhelpful staff, their 2 towel allocation per room when it was booked and paid for for 3 adults, the lack of amenities in the room and not to mention the cockroaches. Nothing
