NEED IMPROVEMENT IN CONSCIENTIOUS CLERK, AMENITIES Had a package delivered to me at the hotel address. Desk clerk swore they had nothing for me. Asked for manager. She swore that they had nothing for me. UPS TRACKING said package was delivered and signed by a person named Skaggs. I then went back and insisted they continue to look. This is a Dive The pictures on the website are NOTHING like the actual motel. The bed was just like a roll away bed, pillows were about an inch thick, noisy, the table in the room was not attached and nothing could be placed on it without falling off, the lights did not work overhead, there was not even any bath soap. The clerk could not get in the computer when we arrived after driving 8 1/2 hours in the rain, so we never actually checked in. room and staff are good. best for locals because although the kitchenette is nice, there is no coffeemaker, dishes, pans, flatware etc. travelers from out of town do not pack such items. tv is tiny and has a bad picture, the bed is very firm and wifi is often slow.

Bad hotel!! This was not a hotel room. Just an overpriced DORM ROOM. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no small toiletries. Floors dirty. Fire alarm went off twice within an hour with no notification from the desk that it was a false alarm. I will not stay at this business ever and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Worst hotel stay of my life If you like to be around drugs, prostitution and homless, this place is Definetly for you. Unfortunately it's not my style, it was the worst hotel stay we've ever experienced. Totally unsafe, police searching cars for drugs in the middle of the night, all kind of commotions going on with the smoking detector coming on every other night for minutes with no reason. Good room, bad tenants The service was good, and the room was clean. The beds are full size so that's not ideal but it was what I could get. However, it was evident people were smoking weed on the floor I was on, and the fire alarm was set off by what I'm assuming was the person smoking the weed at around 2:30 am when I had to be up at 6 to go to a conference.

Convenient, Not traveler friendly, Beware.. I received an email.1 hour prior to check in from Hotels.com stating the site had overbooked and we needed to contact them to make other arrangements. When i call, hotels wanted to place me in a lower budget farther from where i was going. Called hotel directly and explained i had been on the road over 14 hours from florida, and they made space for my party. Terrible experience overall. Horrible staff and services.Very dirty room. Staff was very rude and disrespectful.

They have our smoking room away and put us in nonsmoking. Then when we went in the room they had someone else in there then gave us another room. When checking in the guy was doing ten different things at once
