You get what you pay for. The front desk was the opposite of helpful and made me feel like they did not want my business.

Very Dissapointed. Front desk workers were always in the back on cell phones or outside smoking. Took middle of the 3rd week before I received my biweekly cleaning and they didnt even clean the bathroom or put out fresh towels or sheets. Front desk workers were rude when asked any questions. This is the 3rd woodsrping Ive stayed in this yr. Other two were excellent. I also paid weekly, when I checked out before my week was up it should have been charged the nightly rate. No room in the inn I had reserved a room. Got there at midnight and they said I didn't have a room because they were full and Expedia was supposed to call and let me know. Didn't happen

Don't stay They over booked gave us a one bed room when we booked a two. Get to the room it had never been cleaned dirty towels still in bathroom and ac unit removed from wall and in the middle of the floor. Needless to say we ask for our money bk and left.

Nothing sweet about woodspring Suites Uncomfortable beds, rooms felt like hospital rooms with stoves. Rooms and hallway smelt like stale lysol and the cops were there 3 different nights. The last night they were right across the hall from me at 115am. And were very loud.
