Disappointed Upon arrival it took about an hour to check us in because they over booked our room and couldnt find our reservation. After that got sorted out we went up to our room. The halls stunk of cigarette smoke and the elevator felt and sounded like it was about to break every time we used it. When we got to our room my buddy went to take a shower cause we had been on the road for 36 hours. Ok, for the price. Considering it was an extended stay, I would've at least expected a coffee maker.

My confirmation for two nights was $208.90. I was charged $229.08 and have no idea why. (yet).

I was there 3 hours and someone robbed the place! Seems like a drug den!!!!! No security, people hanging around the entrance all hours of the night!

Not good! The bed was very uncomfortable. We requested a roll away bed and they don't even have them available at all even though we were told when we made the reservation that we could ask for one.

Unprofessional Staff Staff was always arguing with other guests, was rushing us to check out at 9:30, even though check out wasn't until 11. In order to connect to the wifi, we had to call tech support and have them do it remotely.
