Manager very nice but the smell was awful!!!! Rooms were clean but didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner or a blow dryer. The whole place smelled like a cigarette.

Totally Disatisfied In Louisville This Hotel Should Not Be On Hotel.com. Got To The Hotel at 9pm. No Desk Clerk. hHad To Call On A Phone And Wait 25 mins For Someone To Respond. This Is A Half Way House Type Hotel. Lot Of Shady People Living Here. Extended Stay Type Of Hotel. Not For Family. Room Smelled And Beds Were Not Comfortable. No Soap or Shampoo In Bathroom.
