They did not have towels or shampoo. Went to get some . Said they don't supply shampoo. Room smelled badly of dirty dog. Went to desk to complain and they gave me air freshener, it didn't resolve the problem . Very noisy. By I25
Worst Hotel Ever The property has trash everywhere. The main hallway smelled atrocious and stains everywhere in the carpet. The room itself has a terrible odor. The shower had hair stuck to the sides and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There were people hollering and dogs barking throughout. Three out of four facility washing machines were broke and the only one working was covered in dog hair.
Rooms were decent Air was cold Refrigerator didn't cool Very well Limited tv options No Streaming Available WiFi was more dependable than most I've stayed in
No one was in the front desk even morning around 8 AM.. No breakfast provided. Terrible exper9emce
cheap hotel
4th floor smelled bad, our room smelled bad. Floors were dirty, the bathtub had hair in it, stains that looked like cigarette burns were on the side of the tub. Looked like dog poop in the hallway when you get off the elevator on the main floor. Good luck finding someone to talk to for assistance.
We will never stay here again. Hotel is below basic standards.
