There was a musk and damp smell in the room,my son was at my place hotel the same time as us and the overall was what u would like to be.

It was hard to contact someone to check in. The front desk attendant was very nice. I was disappointed the room didn’t have any shampoo or soap for the shower.

Would never stay here again! The fist three days of the trip we had no keys cards to get into our room had to call the manager whenever we needed to get back into our rooms. The hotel would not offer us anything for our inconvenience. We ended up leaving a day early Expedia said we can have a refund for the last day, the lady at the front desk also said no problem that we could have a refund just to call back at 1pm so we checked out of the hotel only to call at 1pm to be told by the property owner that we could not be refun... read more

The rooms smelled like an ashtray. And not just a little bit but my clothes smelled like it afterwards. Oh... and the mattress was from the 90s. There were more lumps than horrible mashed potatoes

The bed in our room was horrible. The mattress was sloped down on one side badly with a big hump in the middle. I am a small woman and I thought I would be able to sleep on that side, my husband had the good side but I ended up spending most of the night on the floor. Since they don't have someone at the desk overnite I didn't bother to call about it after realizing I couldn't sleep on it. Noisy, unruly long term guests Lots of noise, domestic disturbances. My crew said they couldn't sleep for the all night noise.
