Walls were paper-thin Walls were paper-thin, heard everyone all night long. Very sparse and not pleasing to look at. Bed was not really comfortable and not enough pillows (pillows were very thin).

Don't waste your money Bed was basically a cot. I am not overweight & I was afraid that I was going to break it just sitting on the side to lay down. There was a pole on each side to keep it up. Did not expect to stay in Loveland for so many days(3). Stayed 2 nights & never received fresh towels, room cleaned & no shampoo/conditioner. The previous night we stayed at the Candlewood Suites right down the street. It was cheaper to stay and the bed, amenities, service & cleanliness was way better. We booked a room and didnt want smoking, but thats all they had. Smelled like a pot house all the time. Alot of shady people staying there, dead cars in parking lot, never felt safe, had nithing in room as far as cooking utensils, while all the other woodland suites ive stayed in did.

No vale lo que cuesta por por noche Mala atención no te ponen ni jabón y shampoo en las habitaciones, no son para sacar bolsas de basura, no dan servicio de limpieza a los cuartos como en otros lugares... En gral no estuvo bueno el servicio
The check in desk was closed at 11 pm a clerk had to be called via the disgusting courtesy phone. Once we clawed our way through the smoky hall/elevator areas we arrived at our room; only to find the bed pillows not fresh and the bathroom wall switch cover missing. Absolute dump!

Pay for a better place to stay. It’s worth it. Not that great. Staff was super friendly. Room condition left a lot to be desired. I realize it’s a budget hotel, but the bathroom felt gross and the main living space felt like a crime scene. The bathroom door somehow closed and locked itself while I was gone. That was the tipping point. Checked out early and ate the cost. It just wasn’t worth one more night feeling that uncomfortable.
