I took a room for one night, and it was infested with roaches, they walked everywhere, it was totally disgusting I couldn't stay, I can say don't waste your money booking in this place

I called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving late about 1 am since we ran into some delays getting there, the gentleman so "we would be ok, since they do their audit/turnover at 2am. After the 5 hour drive, We got there and called the afterhour line, and she said they wouldn't check us in since they stop @ 10pm. We had to find another place to stay.

I don't like the fact that they charge for everything from towel even tissue. Then they knock on the door and wake you up way before 11am something in the middle of the night asking me if I'm checking out when they policy says check out not untill 11@.

Beware.. The overall stay wasn’t good. The room we were in had roaches coming from every corner, even in the bed. Went downstairs to get a different room & was told that they were fully booked & i couldn’t get a refund.
