Hotel Ok; Hotels.com may have an issue The hotel was generally okay. The room was adequate for the one-night stay we had in mind. Unfortunately, the reservation did not confirm properly with the Hotels.com system and we did not get the room we requested. Also, it was a hassle to get into another room as the hotel was in an overbook status. The staff eventually helped us with accommodations but it was frustrating.

Nice hotel off the loop near 34th and 19th. Stayed 5 days visiting friends. They are building a lot more stores across the way which could help in the future.

Nice VALUE at this INN Value Inn is a no frills hotel, but we needed nothing more than a bed and a shower. It fit our needs to a tee. The front desk staff was very personable and accommodating when I requested some assistance. The room's floor was laminate wood. I'd prefer that any day over carpeting! I was pleased with what we received for what we paid.

Allow plenty of time 4 check in The check in process takes quite a bit of time. When you first reach your room, you have to go over it with a fine tooth comb. You must document everything that is not perfect in the room, or you will be charged for the damage in the room you did not report. Furthermore, the kitchenette has nothing in it. You must bring your own everything or buy it from them. No salt, pepper, paper towels, glasses, pots and pans, NO NOTHING!!! It was worse than I expected. We only stayed because we couldn’t get the hotel we wanted. The evening staff was very nice, but there was no one there in the morning the area felt unsafe. No real place to walk my dog.

Extra charge for pots pans and plates is crazy. Room wsnt cleaned very well. Top of fridge had spill stain and jalapeño ends on it. Killed multiple roaches
