First room we were given had an unbearable pet odor. We were immediately assigned a different room. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Epic UGM Conference Stay The staff were very nice. The amenities were very outdated in the rooms. My microwave was dirty and I had to unplug it several times to get it to work. I was there for a conference so I wasn't in the room very much. The furniture was very dark and the curtain over the closet could have been cleaned. The bathroom was fine.
It has a kitchen, and we can borrow every tableware and pan that we want. The clerk was very kind and friendly.
Wonderful Wonderful. We will be coming back next year and plan to stay at this hotel. We live in Michigan but all relatives live in Madison.
Property was tucked in the back of the main road but easy to locate per GPS. Felt safe upon arrival and plenty of parking spaces.
Me and my two dogs love it here! Spacious and quiet.
