Staff was rude, noone ever at the front desk, no toilet paper (the hotel was out of toilet paper), no coffee or coffee maker, no iron, no hairdryer, no pool, loud barking dogs all night, will never stay here again

Stay away!!! Nice from the outside but the room was awful, from stains in the sheets; shower with hair and pet hair on the floor... sad to say the property was in a nice area but to many faults. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night to rooms smelling like smoke. My wife had to buy cleaning supplies to make the room smell better...

A lot of undesirable traffic in the hallway till late into the morning. Had to move refrigerator in front of door because lock on door did not work! Do not use Expedia!!! Once I arrived, found that I could have gotten the room for almost half what I paid Expedia.

At checkin at 9:0 at night , I was informed the only room left was smoking, although Inrequested non smoking. The night manager did state that since she could not accomplish the request, that she would not charge me for the reservations and would refund the money. I left and went to a different hotel. Three days later I learned they had charged for 2 nights but had refunded one night. When I called to inform them that had stated ,I wouldn't be charged, they can't find anything on record or any charges???? So how did they cha... read more

Slum status Not once was my room cleaned to the point I just would always clean it myself. In a complete month not once was my room swept or vacuumed by the staff. I was kicked out of the hotel because they didn’t charge the correct amount from cheap tickets.com which was wood springs fault. The room keys constantly were having to be reprogrammed because of errors and the outside security door never worked so everyone kept putting rocks in the frame to keep it open.
