I booked a room at this hotel and they wouldn’t even let me check in waste of money
Avoid if you can Rooms were old and dirty. Walls seem like they have never been wiped down, beds were like kids metal frame making noise every time you move. I was a late check in because I prefer driving in the late afternoon when I arrived to check in it took about 20 minutes for someone to come down.
Subpar facility
The stay here was another watse of money and watse of our discount of 181. The property looked as if it was okay,until we started to relax. Pool was green and unswimmiable. We tried to watch a movie on the lay out couch bed it was broken. Left out to go working at the Jazz fest. Was accused of smoking in room. Had to show at that time we was not in room , was in uber heading downtown, showed time stamped videos and pictures. I have to record everything for work. So this was not a good place to stay. The property and rooms were clean. Unfortunately, when we ran out of toilet paper, we were told they did not have any and had no idea when they would get any. The staff person who told me was NOT apologetic and kind of had an attitude when I asked with 4 floors of rooms in a mostly full hotel what were people to do without toilet paper? I was told they would receive the same answer I got. I asked when they would be getting any and I was told that was a question that a supervisor would have to answer.
