Inconsistent policies This particular hotel charges $100 incidentals whereas the other Extended Stay America in Daphne does not. These inconsistent policies are discriminatory to the patrons in the Mobile I-65. In the technological age, everyone has a cell phone and phones in the rooms should be removed. People should not be forced to pay when there is no intent to used landlines.

Simple and plain. I never stay there again. I don’t smoke weed and can’t stand the smell of it

No appliances two small bed was hard

I was greeted with roaches. A dirty tub, a shower head that was rusted shut, and an elevator that is two months past due on its service.The room smelled completely smoked out, even though it’s supposed to be smoke free. The beds are cots very uncomfortable. They don’t even give you plasticware, no iron , no ironing board. I loathed staying here. I had to carry hotshot with me just to use the bathroom. If you want to have a comfortable stay, book elsewhere. I’m used to extended stays being way nicer. That’s what made me book.... read more

I killed 3 roches,couldn’t get no clean set of towels are sheets had to buy them are wash the ones I had,took out of my deposit do too I didn’t take out the kitchen trash

They had roaches in the the room, kids running up and down the hallway screaming, elevator wasn’t working and I was on the top floor. Also the lady from the front desk came banging on my door at 9AM while I’m trying to sleep because I was working nights just to see if I check out yet. Place is not good.

Recepción cerro a las 8pm, no abrió hasta las 10am del otro día, no sabiamos como hacer el check out, nos dijeron que dejáramos las llaves en la entrada peligroso porque cualquiera podía agarrarlas. Inseguro para dejar carga en el auto. NO TIENEN DESAYUNO aunque lo ofrecen en la página, no pet friendly te hacen subir por las escaleras con perros y si o si tienen que estar en jaula
