Checked in late after work. We where there 4 days out of our 7. When they told us we needed to leave because they don't allow pets. Not what the hotels.com website said.

Will not stay again While the staff was friendly and efficient, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the deadbolt did not latch, there wasn't a curtain over window to block out the street lights, just a blind. The shower head was a killer, TV cable was limited and if you wanted Wifi you had to pay for it. Room was clean and appointed for a studio, but not very comfortable.

The rooms appeared clean, however there was a disturbing odor to the room and a different type of unpleasant odor in the hallways and elevator. I was unaware that people used these places for living in a semi permanent timeframe. I was unaware that it wasn't like a typical hotel with typical services such as daily towel replenishment. Rooms also didn't have hair dryers, ironing boards, or irons.

Stay away! I booked through Expedia, and they didn't have my reservation – said they don't recognize bookings through third parties like Expedia. Then they charged me twice for an Internet connection, and now say they can't refund it. They can't explain why they can't refund it, since it was their mistake, but they won't refund it, and the supervisor won't get on the phone. Stay away...

This is an extended stay facility not a hotel . Horrible at best, scary at worst. Transient workers living at this facility. No hotel facility, long-term stay apartment style room, bare minnium amenities and next to major highway makes for sleeping impossible! Whole atmosphere was truly scary!

Pay whats expected I booked my room through expedia and when I arrived I was informed that I would be charged a completly different price and they really dnt knw why I was quoted that amount. Like really? Why are u on the website if yall dnt communicate. Very unprofessional
