The first 11 days was almost a torture. The tenants upstairs are almost having a renovation going on. Until we have reported 2 days before our departure which was addressed on our last day. The spring on our bed broke on one side. The bed is two small for a couple, having my husband developed severe pain on shoulder, neck, and arm for not being able to get comfortable on full size bed for a couple.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. When I arrived no one at front desk for about 15 minutes, then when they came they act like they were surprised to see guest. The room is horrible, it looks like a collage dorm and not a good college. Went out and then when returned got lock between the outside door and the door leading to hotel keys did not work. Don’t ever send anyone to this hotel.

The staff (Pierre) was rude and inconsiderate to all guests whether in person or on the phone. The GM Lorenzo was also the same. He said he checked the room himself. One towel for 4 guests. Tub still had cleaning solution and the stopper down. No hotel staff on site after hours and no answer for after hours calls. Pierre set us up in a single bed room for 4 people even though our reservation was for 2 beds and he even asked. Do not stay at this hotel. 2nd floor hall smelled like smoke.

Worst smelling facilities I’ve ever tried to stay at. After being overbooked we had to take a smoking room after returning from dinner we noticed there were no pillow cases on the pillows. To bad because the staff leaves at 10.

Don't believe the hotel descriptions... description on hotel.com was not accurate. i booked a non smoking room, they gave me a smoking, and would not change it. the description also said it had darkening blinds/shades.. no unit had any type of drapery. description said there was a separate sitting area, there was none. they only allowed 2 towels/2 wash clothes for a four person room and you had to turn those in to get a clean one, which in reality, never happened, they didnt have any replacement towels or hand towels when as... read more

Overbooked Paid for a room through Hotel.com website. When I arrived at the hotel- they had no rooms and apparently had already turned away 5 other people. All other hotels were sold out.
