Worst smelling facilities I’ve ever tried to stay at. After being overbooked we had to take a smoking room after returning from dinner we noticed there were no pillow cases on the pillows. To bad because the staff leaves at 10.

Don't believe the hotel descriptions... description on hotel.com was not accurate. i booked a non smoking room, they gave me a smoking, and would not change it. the description also said it had darkening blinds/shades.. no unit had any type of drapery. description said there was a separate sitting area, there was none. they only allowed 2 towels/2 wash clothes for a four person room and you had to turn those in to get a clean one, which in reality, never happened, they didnt have any replacement towels or hand towels when as... read more

Overbooked Paid for a room through Hotel.com website. When I arrived at the hotel- they had no rooms and apparently had already turned away 5 other people. All other hotels were sold out.

Horrible Service The manager Jiles was absolutely unapologetic and unprofessional and shall will/shall be fired. I have called corporate. Do not stay here.

Do not book this hotel If you are traveling late, do not book this hotel. The front desk closes at 10pm and you will not be able to check in. We arrived around midnight to walk into a closed lobby an alarm ringing and a phone ringing behind the closed desk. There was a sign on the desk that said to dial 500 to check in. We did, and tried 4 times with no answer. I’m still waiting for Expedia to refund my money.

Get less for what you paid for!!! This was not a good experience. I understand that you get what you pay for but the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, sketchy people hanging around, broken down cars were parked in the parking lot, could see people at night with beer cans stumbling through the hotel. One device only allowed to access wifi, have to pay for any other devices. Towels are only available during certain hours of the day, the same for hotel reps. Far below a standard Motel No typical motel amenities at motel price - no cups, no drinking glasses, no Kleenex, one tiny bar of soap, no closet, noisy. Our one and only stay at a Value Place.
