It was close to Opry Mills mall The towels, curtains, and sink was dirty. There was a dead bug in a sign on the door. I would stay for convenience but not for cleaniless. However employees were very kind

Lack of shampoo in room I realize hotels are cutting costs, but not to include a one time use of shampoo is ridiculous.

Hotel.Com overbooked room. Almost on the streets. Hotel was fine. Hotel.Com overbooked type of rooms. Reserved/charged for 3 double beds, no smoking. Only got one. Checking CC to see what was actually charged and options for applicable credit.

great price, same service.... Rooms are comfy for the price... but always something... every time I stay there.... missing something, drippy faucet, no lcd tv in some rooms, etc... pots and pans for cooking sometimes not in the room, or refrigerator leaks water on the floor overnight... needs some updates... but overall livable.
Good stay for one night. Room smelled like a Mexican buffet. But other than that it was ok. Dogs barking and slamming doors at 3am wasn't great but for the price I would stay here again. Guy at desk was great!
Had to have someone put in a light bulb in lamp, fix the dripping water in the sink. The tub never did drain after they fixed it. You would stand in two in of water after a shower.
