It smelt like death when I arrived. I had already paid for my trip but was told upon arrival they were booked & I couldn’t even get my money back to go somewhere else I was told to reach out to hotels.com whom I booked thru.

I didn't get to stay there, after I paid for it online and showed up and they said the rooms were booked. Lady sounded half asleep and it took forever to get through to someone just to get told I couldn't stay there. Overall trash, buns, cheeks, overall pathetic.

Not ever again. Place is run down, dirty and feels very unsafe. Front parking space is reserved for police. Elevator was filthy. Electric outlets in bathroom & kitchen don’t work. Arm chair has recent wet stains & bottom torn out. Scared all night. Bed was comfortable.

The property was nothing like the photos posted on Expedia and certain services advertised were not provided. E.g free breakfast

The property had some sketchy seeming customers. It smelled like urine in the parking lot and exterior. The room door seemed like it had been kicked in at some point and there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. It reeked like cigarettes and there was a roach over the bed. Lasted 23 mins before asking for a refund.
