Worst place I’ve ever stayed. They hotel was overbooked. So we was given the rooms we booked online. No amenities were available like coffee pots, hair dryers, hand towels, or tissues. We were grateful for toilet paper. No ice machine & or vending were available either. Never again will se stay there.

Stay away from this hotel! 3:30 check in! Got room at 5:30 missed first of concert we were going to! Not just me, everyone trying to check in. No public bathrooms, was told to go behind dumpsters by staff! Bugs in room!

Booked a queen room, went to check in and was told the room type was unavailable. They could put me up in another room type for an additional cost. I know it is not the young lady’s fault, it corporate, but if I booked a queen and it’s not available, you are not going to charge me more for a room with two twins.

Front desk staff was no where to be found to check out. Two other groups were waiting to check out before I arrived-office was empty & a pile of key cards left by people who wanted to check out. Pictures of room are deceptive! It’s old, never updated. Was woke at 4:30 AM by lunatic woman in parking lot yelling. Canceled my room for another night. I’ll pay more for peace of mind.

Don't stay here. The person at the counter was rude. Told me no room service even getting clean washclothes. There were no amenities in the room like shampoo or even soap. Extremely disappointing. Stayed here once before and this was so disappointing. I will not ever stay at an extended stay america again. Do not stay here.

Make sure you have a confirmation number There was an issue with my reservation as in they did not have one for me. They guy was a jerk and would not help me figure it out. It was 10 pm and you could not even figure out where the entrance was to begin with. The property was dirt and run down and like I said the guy was not friendly. I asked him if he could look my name up with my license and he said no. It was not good.
