No staff or check in after 11 PM This needs to be refunded. When I got to the hotel last night there was no front desk staff at all. I waited around for hours before giving up and going somewhere else.

It was not at all like what was online. Door was ajar and very old and smoky - filthy - we had already checked in, but we immediately left and went to a Marriott close by. I would take this site off of your listings.

Old, smelly, room different than picture The room was nothing like the picture online. There was no coffee maker, no dishes, and worst of all no table and no chairs! I had to open the ironing board just to have a place to put my suitcase! The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. Never again! We arrived late and immediately went to bed. Next morning we discovered that it was bot the accessible room with roll in dhower that we had reserved. the carpets were stained and the dedk chair was dirty. There was only one lsrge bath towel. When I spoke with management the bext morning she stated tt the rewuested room was not available and the Hotels.com did not specify our request to the hotel
