My room looked like it was never cleaned the floors what never swept or mopped and the sheets and pillows had stains I was not happy and there was no soap for my hair I had to go buy me some and the room stinked like wet socks and our room window was opened on top of that I told the front office and they told me that they would talk to there manager and I haven’t got a call back it’s like they don’t care I want my money back I am not happy at all I will never come to this place again

Moldy weed-like smell Moldy and weed-like smell. The window was not closed. Only two towels for 4 persons. The phone didn't work. No way to call the Front desk. There was no one to be reached at night. We checked out without staying.

This place was nasty, the staff (Patricia) was rude and didn't try to elevate the situation. People hanging in doorway of entrance smoking and being loud which will give you a feeling of it being undafe

Guests in the lobby speaking a foreign language with visible gun holsters, unfriendly staff and best of all, we got the room and saw at least 10 cockroaches and bugs roaming around. The room clearly had not been cleaned in weeks or months. We took pictures. Hair everywhere, disgusting kitchen and bath. There was a roach freshly smashed on the wall and we smashed a few more. Absolutely nothing the staff was one of the worst ones i have ever seen. I dont recommend this hotel at all
