Smelled musty and dirty throughout the entire building. Kitchen counter had not been cleaned before we checked in.

Not clean Not a very clean room, floors were dusty and there were roaches. Very hard bed.

There is a lot to say about this hotel. I have traveled the world and lived in a third world country for a number of years. This property is just gross. 1. It STINKS. The vestibule, the first floor, elevator, third floor, and room each have a their own unique foul odors. 2. There was unusable, broken furniture in our room. 3. Every place that I saw: first floor, elevator, third floor, and room were filthy. Dirt caked on the floors, sticky spills in the hallways, bits of litter on the floors. I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. Me gustó la propiedad el ambiente tranquilo la seguridad, limpieza y es muy acogedora. El equipo de trabajo también muy bueno excepto por mi experiencia con la recepcionista que cuando fui a extender para dos días más me maltrató mi me gritó muy mal educada y agresiva. Lo cual no hice y me fui para otro hotel.
