TV remote didn’t work and there was a roach spotted in the kitchen. the a/c broke. Multiple stains on the mattress. Don’t expect soap to be in your bathroom. Kinda underwhelming fo real. Cheap price though so, you take that into consideration.

THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT. I BOOKED A ROOM 3 TIMES LAST WEEK AND ALL 3 TIMES I GOT THERE AND THERE WAS NO SMOKING ROOMS AVAILABLE AND THEY COULDNT PUT ME IN A NON SMOKING ROOM BECAUSE I BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA. I arrived at the property to find out there weren’t any rooms available. I called Expedia and the customer service was excellent. They worked it out for me to get into another room. There were roaches and the room and bathroom were filthy

I paid nearly $500 for a near 2 week stay and was confronted on my 2nd day by Kevin about being in the room illegally. But before that was straightened out I began to be overwhelmed by cockroaches. This continued for 11 days. On that 11th night a cockroack was in the bed with me under the covers. I decided that i would stay no longer and i didnt. Something should be done about the infestation because they are taking peoples money to live with insects. Not good
Crap It was horrible , bad customer service . Waited 2 hours just to get into a room . People were smoking marijuana on the elevator, knocking on our doors late hours of the night . I was uncomfortable and very scared .
