Employees were above and beyond in kindness . Noise from floor above was bothersome at night and the Elevator was always broken leaving us to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs

Check in took forever. No one was at front desk. I lost my key, went to get another 1, no one at front desk, I used the phone by the front desk, the number it said to use was disconnected. I had to wait for my husband in parking lot to get in room

Clean, small dorm/studio-apartment rooms with a kitchen. Only complaints are that the bedsheets are scratchy and elevator stinks of smokers.

Overall good.... Was a good stay for what we needed.......no ice machine.....no wash clothes only 2 towels.....didn’t spend a lot of time there.....only an overnight stay but was overall good.

Nice long term stay hotel Newer hotel, decent/clean double rooms and rates. Its a long term stay hotel, so no cleaning (unless requested, if not, every 2 weeks), you must take towels to desk for exchange, no breakfast. Front desk is kind of hard to get somebody there (not 24hrs, but have to phone in lobby to get someone there after hours), but they were nice. Friendly staff, bad booking site I booked a room with 2 beds. When I got there at midnight (the site says I can check in from 3pm-1am) the front desk was closed. I had to call someone to get checked in because they close the front desk at 8pm. I was then informed they do not have rooms with 2 beds. She said she was going to refund my money because one bed simply would not work for my family of 4. I have yet to be refunded and will be calling hotels.com.
