Room was clean. The only problem with was the lack of a comfortable chair in which to watch TV. I hate watching TV from a bed. The only chair(s) in the room were hard plastic stacking type chairs - fine to eat at the table in, but awfully uncomfortable for anything else...

Better than expected I thought because it was so cheap that I was going to have some issues with it, but I did not. It was very clean and in a good area. They don't have shampoo and conditioner, so take your own. And they did not have an iron, but they had hangers, so I steamed my clothes in the restroom. ;) also the shower pressure was really good and got really hot fast. The little kitchen was also really clean. I enjoyed my stay.

enjoyable-comfortable-safe The hotel was comfortable and clean. I felt safe, even though it was on the frontage road next to freeway. Noise from interstate traffic was not noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Restaurants and shopping centers are close and easy to get to and far away enough to avoid all that mall traffic.

The general manager was very impatient, abrasive, and unwilling to work with us. Refused an 2 week rental refund all because we booked through hotels.com. Stated that she needed to run a business which apparently in Norman Oklahoma you need screw your customers out of their money every chance you get. You belong there, miserable b!t€h..
