The hotel was disgusting! We left and found a different hotel
No one was available for check in. We waited and used their call phone for around 20 mins waiting. Once checked in, we were given the room directly across from check in and the back door. ALL throughout the night people were slamming both the front and back doors, as well as standing outside our room’s window smoking. Most of the evening it was the same woman’s voice, so I assume it was the hotel staff. Rooms felt like college dorms and we saw police coming and going from the property. Check in was frustrating
Won't use WoodSpring again Toilet didn't flush, TV didn't work, no dishes at all in the kitchen making it useless for a overnight stay, and they didn't even have a coffee pot.
