Check in was terrible. No one there. Had to call to get someone to come check you in which took about 20 minutes

No ice, coffee, bed sucked, heat didn't work, very few towels, pillows, drinking cups, soap, shampoo, etc. The free internet is inadequate but they offer better at a price. Makes my top 5 list of worst motels. I can't believe Expedia would put their name on this crap.

The hotel was disgusting! We left and found a different hotel
No one was available for check in. We waited and used their call phone for around 20 mins waiting. Once checked in, we were given the room directly across from check in and the back door. ALL throughout the night people were slamming both the front and back doors, as well as standing outside our room’s window smoking. Most of the evening it was the same woman’s voice, so I assume it was the hotel staff. Rooms felt like college dorms and we saw police coming and going from the property.
