Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator had a weird odor. WiFi was out yet property was able to receive my payment info despite only booking 15 minutes prior. Phones to front desk did not work either. No staff after 10 pm and no way to contact property due to phone situation. Ran into a couple guys who had been charged but were not able to check in. Not worth the price I was charged.
Staff was extremely rude. Got room keys and went up to unload our stuff before dinner and there was dead bug beds on bed spread of one of the beds . We left and did not stay
The stairwell smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana and never could get in touch with the front desk. There was no shampoo and soap in the room. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on.
It's a dump
Horrible No one cleans rooms. Smells like cigarette in every hallway.
Nightmare - run, don't walk I know you get what you pay for, but wow. This was a nightmare from start to finish. Completely rude and inattentive front desk attendant, who often was not at the desk. She took my ID to copy, did not give it back, and then when I returned to get it, it was lying in the open, all my personal info visible to any passerby, and she was nowhere to be found.
