Property was clean for the most part. The beds were absolutely horrible, literally felt like we were sleeping on springs. I chose this hotel due to how close it was to our event we were attending but next time i will drive to be able to get some sleep. Very disappointed in not having any toiletries available. Was unable to take a shower or even have soap to wash our hands with. I at least expected the basics for our stay.

When we arrived at 8 pm, there was no staff avail - the desk was closed. It took almost twenty minutes to get an “on call ‘ person to come check us in. There was no info on the site to warn us ahead of time that

Deception...2 towels for 2 weeks....unless u pay extra. No clean sheets for 2 weeks. I will never stay here again. Companies that r deceptive do not deserve my money...I still do have principles

Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee. Room was moderately clean. Definitely not as clean as it should been. There were roaches live and dead. The bed was without a doubt the Most Uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I've slept on dorm room beds that were way more comfortable. In all honesty the floor was more comfortable. I couldn't get any significant amount of sleep on it. I woke up in so much pain in my back I had to stretch for 1hr hoping it would give me some relief. I'll never stay here again. There is simply no excuse to have poor bedding.
