The hotel was very disappointing. It was dirty with no amenities except two plastic cups.

The front desk staff was extremely rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel.

Overall a bad stay the bed was not comfortable the shower curtain holder was close to falling off the wall and the shower curtain couldn't close all the way so water gets on the floor. The floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The hallway smelled like smoke I had the feeling I was staying in a halfway house or a prison. Not very hospitable and it was NOT easy to get to. Found a bug in my toilet fortunately that's the only bug I found. I will NEVER stay there again and I advise other folks to never stay there.

Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator had a weird odor. WiFi was out yet property was able to receive my payment info despite only booking 15 minutes prior. Phones to front desk did not work either. No staff after 10 pm and no way to contact property due to phone situation. Ran into a couple guys who had been charged but were not able to check in. Not worth the price I was charged.

Staff was extremely rude. Got room keys and went up to unload our stuff before dinner and there was dead bug beds on bed spread of one of the beds . We left and did not stay

The stairwell smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana and never could get in touch with the front desk. There was no shampoo and soap in the room. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on.
