Hotel is located next to a busy highway. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. The bed wasn't very comfortable. You can hear the traffic from the highway from inside the room.
Worst experience ever. Will never stay there again. Service was horrible and I could here the neighbors like if they were in my room
Exhausted Was on the top floor. Elevator was broke. So had to walk up 4 flights..Was tired after working all day..Got to the top an my key wouldn't work so had to go back down the stairs to the office. Which was lined with ppl. Waited in line.. The lady at the front desk was rude.. She said they had a new key system installed.. An said to keep the old key along with the new one. I didn't quite understand what she meant, So i asked her. Too much "traffic" means you can't date and stay h The experience during the month I stayed at Value Place was up and down. Some of the staff was pleasant, others were completely rude. One night I worked (a bartender) until around 3am and my key card wasn't working to let me in to my room. I used the downstairs phone to page the night clerk and they answered and told me someone was on the way. 30 minutes later when no one had arrived I called again. Check your credit card bill after you stay here. We chose to stay here for the convenient location. The price was very affordable which was a nice bonus, or so we thought. The rooms are a nice size but the beds are not very comfortable. One of the beds had some sort of sauce spilled on the sheets so they have obviously not been changed. Most importantly, I just checked my credit card bill and they charged $49.67 over the amount I had already paid to book the room with hotels.com.

Unorganized Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. I waited about an hour to be checked into my room. The hotel staff was having difficulties finding clean rooms to place people in as well as with assigning room keys. Once I was checked in, the room was clean however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows felt like bricks. I will not be staying here again.

Very Weird Staff not there at night so good luck checking in if you get there at night. Staff not there in the morning at 9:30 AM when we tried to check out. I had to leave key cards in the room and lock the door. Then had to call to to let them know. Very strange.
