Room not clean. Traces of blood on bathroom counter. Snot or body fluids and hair on inside of shower curtain. Large toenail clipping on bedspread. Our "Nonsmoking" room was on a smoking floor; hallway and elevator had strong cigarette smoke odor. Ashtray still in our room. No one at front desk until 8am. Only reason we stayed the night and didnt leave was because there were literally no other hotel rooms available in Norman.

Poor bedding conditions , uncomfortable pillows, smoky smell in the elevator, hallway and the rooms even though labeled as non-smoking inside building facility . Definitely will not back .

I really liked the lack of carpet in the entire facility. The check in experience was poor at best, considering I waiting approximately 15 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. Eventually I used the lobby phone to call for assistance. I was greeted with a "what do you want? I am helping someone else!". Needless to say...not exactly a warm welcome.

No, no, no!! Requested a nonsmoking room. Walked out of elevator to a wall of smoke smell. People were fighting. Sounded like domestic violence. Since fighting a sinus infection there was No Way I could stay in this room. Receptionist informed me there were no other rooms available, then refused to refund my credit card,even though she had just refunded the cost to family before me because they requested two beds and got a room with one. It was noisy. No amenities. The bed was hard, uncomfortable and it creaked when you moved. The sheets were scratchy, the comforter thin, and the hotel had limited office hours.

This was not what I expected at all. The staff was rude, no coffee machine in the rooms, the bed was super small and uncomfortable, the floors were sticky, no ice bucket or machine-even vending machines, the towels and bedding didn’t have a nice smell to them, I had to go buy some and use my own and the noise all throughout the night was ridiculous, it didn’t stop from the time I checked and left. Not Woodsprings I never went. I was charged for a fsy i did not go and i planned to go for my bday but after the useless front desk said she had to talk to her boss who never called me back made me not even want to go there for my bday and get charged again. Bad place and service i will most definetly tell everyome i know Not to stay at your hotel.
