Check-in was a nightmare. Waited 18 mins to check-in and after we found someone to help us we were questioned if we followed the rules to check-in (Dial 500 if no one was at the front desk)

I feel that it was just awful. All you can smell was cigarette"its a nonsmoking facility"... You have to pay to have it cleaned and get towels. The floors were dirty in the corners. It wasn't a good experience.

We were not aware the 3rd floor was a smoking floor. We were not told when we checked in. The staff was friendly but we are very sensitive to the smell so the stay was challenging. We would have preferred to be given an option.

Staff is kind of rude and couldn't get anyone to check us in for several minutes. When we came back to check in afterward, someone behind us in the line called some main corporate number and someone finally came and was pretty rude. Room cleanliness was fine, beds are small. It's close enough to OU's stadium if you're close to being out of options and don't want to pay a lot.

Calling this a hotel is laughable Front desk came around 9:30am on day of check out, beating on do doors to see if we were staying. We booked a one night stay, check out wasn't until 11. Beds were uncomfortable, you had to be ushered in and around the hotel because all interior doors are locked. Thought that was an indicator of a shady neighborhood. Absolutely would not stay again.

It took over 15 min to even get someone to come to the front desk to even get us checked in. The room was decent but you could tell i hadnt been cleaned. There was still a dirty sock by the air conditioner and ceumbs in the bed.

Not a happy camper Phone didn't work in room. Said they would fix never did. Then was told it would cost 33 cents a call mind you this was local calling but never fixed the 7 days I was there. Was also told I could only connect 1 device to wi fi any others would be a charge of 5.99. Nice check in but after that employees were rude and didn't speak even when spoken to. Not a happy camper with this location and I have stayed at 3 of their locations.
