Picture not worth a thousand words Hotel pictures appear to be very nice but in reality not so much. No coffee maker, blow dryer, conditionerand extra towels cost a fee? Bed mattress not comfortable and had to find the center to not roll to the side.

The room overall was nice, there were just minor things that would have bothered me more if I had stayed longer than a night. For instance, the room was a suite with a stove, cabinets and a refrigerator, but absolutely no utensils were included in the suite. No plates, pans, coffee makers, anything really. All of that was an additional charge for purchase at the front desk. I didn't need to use any of that, but for a hotel set up to host long-term guests, this seemed particularly deficient.

We are so very sorry that you were not expecting our unique amenities --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware). We offer additional service package options. Ehhh it’s okay It was okay. I didn’t like how the hotel smelled of smoke. It didn’t have a blow dryer or a iron. And we Checked in late and they had no one at the front desk you had to call on a phone and then that person called someone in the hotel and someone came down and checked you in.
