Room key was disabled 15 minutes before check out We had a late check in. The lobby clerk met us with a smile and check in went very smoothly. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. We definitely want to come back. However, someone came and pounded on our door at 10:30 a.m. to make sure we knew to check out at 11:00. Our key card stopped working at 10:45 a.m. It was 6° outside with a -18 wind-chill and loading our car was very difficult. The hotel was disgusting! We left and found a different hotel
No one was available for check in. We waited and used their call phone for around 20 mins waiting. Once checked in, we were given the room directly across from check in and the back door. ALL throughout the night people were slamming both the front and back doors, as well as standing outside our room’s window smoking. Most of the evening it was the same woman’s voice, so I assume it was the hotel staff. Rooms felt like college dorms and we saw police coming and going from the property.
