Made online reservations, but upon arrival, the after hours check-in phone didn't work and after 3-4 tries to no avail, I called corporate phone number. The rep was able to find the employee (explaining he knew the phone had issues) who was working the desk to check-in. The fact that there was no other way to contact anyone at the hotel, other then me thinking on my own to call the corporate number is unsettling for if I had needed any other services (ie emergency, room problems, other disturbances,). wood floors I prefer carpet . Fire Alarm went off 3 times the 2nd day I was there , I left didn't stay the 3rd night

The room I rented was blocked off by hotel construction, mislabeled,the refrigerator was dirty with trash sitting on top of it and there was a pair of old socks in the bathroom, crusty socks at that...my spouse kept smelling something and it was the socks..the manager was rude, I understand it was a late reservation and they're remodeling but it's a service industry....and I expect some decent service. No staff at desk, had to call on the phone (after hours), when she did come the pizza delivery man was given the master key without hesitation to deliver his pizza to the customer, not enough towels, room had roaches and the sheets appeared dirty and had hair between the sheets. Water pressure was absolutely horrible. No shampoo or other amenities provided.

ROACH HOTEL!!!! Run RUN RUN!! The true meaning of ROACH MOTEL!!! SOON as we opened our room door to enter the room we had to kill 3 roaches. They were in the fridge crawling in my food, they terrified my children I'd say about 30-40 roaches through the night and these people know they have a serious pest problem, and they refuse to refund your money!! So if you don't mind being a professional roach stomper you better go elsewhere!!!!

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results.
