Terrible Hotel - do not stay Cigarette holes burned in comforter and blanket. Found a bug in the bed when I pulled back the blankets. The sheets were messed up and it looked like the covers had just been pulled up after being previously slept in. The telephone didn't work at all and had broken pieces rolling around inside of it when I picked it up. Noisy Booked two double beds non-smoking. They only had smoking available. Gave us a double with sleeper sofa for same price as if they were doing us a favor. Room was next to the elevator and exit door. Very Noisy.

Okay in OKC Friendly and patient front desk clerk helped fix a booking problem with a positive, patient manner. Room was very warm and took several hours to cool down enough to be comfortable. Otherwise, an okay stay. It was worth the $59/night rate I paid.

poor customer service staff unwilling to help correct problems with reservation

Avoid unless you need a dealer! I have stayed at this chain before and have not had any issues in other cities. However this location was ridiculous and unsafe and I did not feel safe staying here. I pulled up to the hotel and went to check in there were two people in front of me who claim the have been waiting for 20 min while staff does "shift change" So I began to wait.
