the property is not as clean.there are many cockroaches inside the room,the microwave is horrible,the toilet is dirty and did not flush well.the mattresses are old,so the springs made a lot of noise.there are also bugs on the beds.

Thank you for your comments. We take suspected pest sightings very seriously and take swift action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
Looks nice on the outside but what a mess on the inside. Only allowed 2 towels per room so we had to take used towels back to get 2 clean ones so everyone could shower. Office only open from 8-5 so you cannot get any service outside of that time. Metal bed frames make a lot of noise and mattress are lousy. Toilet ran the whole time making noise. Overall stay away from this hotel.

Still wondering why it is cheaper to call and book direct expedia saved me nothing
ROACH INFESTED!! ROACHES!!! Manager is unfriendly. They charge extra for everything from sheets to dishes! Extra money, for sheets, at a hotel. Umm. Not a good Experience at all.

It was NOT clear that we needed to call if coming after 8. Reservation should have never been allowed to be made being that I didn’t even book the room until 930pm. Beat and beat on the front doors and no one ever came. Had to find another Hotel and spend more money. Something should pop up when the room is being booked AFTER your early bird time 0f 8pm. Who closes down their hotel front desk?!?!?!?!
The staff was great, facility looks nice from the outside but no Bible in the room, roaches and temperamental toilet and I will not recommend or stay at another woodspring hotel anywhere.
