Twice reserved room and twice they gad no rooms I have reserved rooms on two different occasions. Called and confirmed reservations. And both times at check in they had no rooms. No offer of apology or accommodating at all. I am not sure I will give then the opportunity of our business again.

Two Times = Not going back I tried to book this hotel about 4 weeks ago but when I arrived, the front desk clerk had locked herself out of the computer and couldn't rent any rooms. There was another individual waiting to check in also. The second time, I booked it on February 4th for our stay on the February 15 and 16. We wait 20 minutes for a clerk to show up at the front desk. We called the "emergency" numbers. No one ever answered them. Disappointing The room served its purpose which was to sleep. However I was disappointed from the minute we walked in. The front desk was unattended, we checked-in in the evening and it took several minutes until someone happened to walk by and see that we were at the front waiting for someone. bad manager it was horrible I went to get a new key and was made to leave the hotel because I looked like someone who checked in last week and they had problems with her, so at 11:56 I was walking down the highway trying to xcarry all my stuff :(

Had to go outside of lobby to book room online cheaper than walk back in to check in.

It was so smoky that I coughed all night long. There was a penny and dirt in the floor. It was obvious it had not been mopped or swept.

Terrible Hotel - do not stay Cigarette holes burned in comforter and blanket. Found a bug in the bed when I pulled back the blankets. The sheets were messed up and it looked like the covers had just been pulled up after being previously slept in. The telephone didn't work at all and had broken pieces rolling around inside of it when I picked it up. The water pressure from the shower head was so bad I could barely wash the shampoo out of my hair. Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. This is the first bad review I've eve... read more
