Horrible General Manager When I got to the hotel they did not have the room that I requested and paid extra for so my mom and I were place in separate rooms (not a major issue). The second night I was stopped by the clerk and was told I had to pay for the night I was unsure why when I had booked and paid through Expedia. The next day I was told they had a room for me and my mom so we moved to a double room after 2 nights. YUCK I do not usually gripe about the hotels we stay in because I understand things happen but we traveled from Texas to Oklahoma only to find the front desk was closed, tried to call on phone in foyer and no answer, this went for quite awhile, it's after 9pm at this point, we were trying to cancel and FINALLY someone else coming in, got ahold of front, she later told us, we were the only check in she was waiting and was sorry for not calling and letting us know she closes and 8pm, we calmed down after that, decided to stay,... read more

Twice reserved room and twice they gad no rooms I have reserved rooms on two different occasions. Called and confirmed reservations. And both times at check in they had no rooms. No offer of apology or accommodating at all. I am not sure I will give then the opportunity of our business again.

Two Times = Not going back I tried to book this hotel about 4 weeks ago but when I arrived, the front desk clerk had locked herself out of the computer and couldn't rent any rooms. There was another individual waiting to check in also. The second time, I booked it on February 4th for our stay on the February 15 and 16. We wait 20 minutes for a clerk to show up at the front desk. We called the "emergency" numbers. No one ever answered them. Disappointing The room served its purpose which was to sleep. However I was disappointed from the minute we walked in. The front desk was unattended, we checked-in in the evening and it took several minutes until someone happened to walk by and see that we were at the front waiting for someone. bad manager it was horrible I went to get a new key and was made to leave the hotel because I looked like someone who checked in last week and they had problems with her, so at 11:56 I was walking down the highway trying to xcarry all my stuff :(

It was so smoky that I coughed all night long. There was a penny and dirt in the floor. It was obvious it had not been mopped or swept.
