great if you like tweeker island we booked for a king size bed down stairs ,smoking , we got there they way over charged us & didnt have a down stairs smoking & they dont even have king size beds , the bed bugs were so bad we couldnt even stay there we ended up leaving after we paid for two nights , i wouldnt recommened no body stay here

We came in for the game. For starters, we booked Online, the lady up front says hold on, let me see if we have a room ready..... this was at 5 pm. We walk in and There was cheese left over from something right by the microwave. No soap, smelled HORRIBLE. For what it was, I would not pay 75 to stay there again.

I was here 2 weeks. No staff for cleaning. Not once in 2 weeks was my room cleaned by housekeeping. Checked out at 11 on Saturday and the hotel charged my card an additiional 300.00 for the next week. The staff refused to refund it back to my card advising I had to wait to address it with the manager on Monday. Unacceptable!!

It took about 30 minutes to get someone to come downstairs and check me in. The girl that was checking me in had no access to the computer and didn't know what she was doing. Then the computer didn't work. It was down. The only saving grace was when I checked out the next day they gave me a discount due to the issues from check-in but didn't follow through on their promise to let me check out after 11 a.m.

Stayed there for one 1 week are AC didn't work good microwave was acting up toilet ran all night staff members stayed in room above us and sound like a daycare beating on floors all night till 3 in the morning every night front desk left unattended for long periods of time and they charge you if you want to use extra towels when the room should have been prepared for 4 guests not 2
