I was here 2 weeks. No staff for cleaning. Not once in 2 weeks was my room cleaned by housekeeping. Checked out at 11 on Saturday and the hotel charged my card an additiional 300.00 for the next week. The staff refused to refund it back to my card advising I had to wait to address it with the manager on Monday. Unacceptable!!
Horrible place Very dirty rooms with cockroaches, house keeping once a week with vvv rude staff . Linen very dirty with very smelly blankets . Should not be part of Expedia selection.

It took about 30 minutes to get someone to come downstairs and check me in. The girl that was checking me in had no access to the computer and didn't know what she was doing. Then the computer didn't work. It was down. The only saving grace was when I checked out the next day they gave me a discount due to the issues from check-in but didn't follow through on their promise to let me check out after 11 a.m.
Stayed there for one 1 week are AC didn't work good microwave was acting up toilet ran all night staff members stayed in room above us and sound like a daycare beating on floors all night till 3 in the morning every night front desk left unattended for long periods of time and they charge you if you want to use extra towels when the room should have been prepared for 4 guests not 2
charged extra for internet and towels. also receptionist wasnt vet people friendly.
You can never catch someone in the front. They make you call this number and someone will eventually come. I waited there for about 20 mins for someone to come so I could have more toilet paper. Second, no room service. You have to pay for that. Third, you have this lady that comes knocking on your door saying it's time to check out. Last I thought I was an adult and know my responsibilities and I know what time check out is.
