Run Away The pictures online look great. The actual experience is a whole other story. This hotel appears to have recently changed to the WoodSpring, and is thus updating. They've gotten about a third of the way to the goal and stopped. The first room had no working deadbolt, and reeked of smoke. It took 4 more attempts to find a room with a working lock. They've attempted to repair the door jam for the new lock set, and in doing so have obstructed the deadbolts ability to engage. The room is sparsely furnished, not even a l... read more

Not happy at all! This hotel is a suite with kitchens. There was a refrigerator and a microwave with a small cooking stove. However, there were no dishes, utensils, glasses, or pots and pans. There was not even a coffee pot. The staff at the front desk told me we could get plates and cups for 2 for an additional charge of about $25. Had I known this, I would not have stayed here. in order to get coffee in the morning, I had to drive to the nearest convenience store about 10 minutes away. Reeked of smoke The moment we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, we smelled cigarette smoke. Then, when we opened the door to our room, the smell was 10 times worse. I called down to the front desk, and she told me it wasn't a smoking room, but it was on a smoking floor. It reeked so bad, I was sure we were going to smell bad ourselves after only 3 minutes in the room. We left and found another hotel.

AC quit working, no one there to get a different room. Hole in bathroom door that did not close. The lock on the door was gone. No water in vending machines. No available at checkout.

Not worth any price! Our room had two glorified cots for beds, roaches, dirty, stained bedspreads and an icky countertop. Did I mention roaches?

Needs improvement If the beds were comfortable, I think my stay could have been a lot better.

Refund Policy Is Ridiculous It's good if you're on a tight budget...but you definitely get what you pay for. Very disappointed that they refused to refund me for one night after I checked out a day early (well before 0900). They said it was their "policy". For that reason alone, I won't be returning.

There was a separate charge for everything. For example clean towels, and wi-fi. And 9 out of 10 times the room card key wouldn't work. The toilet clogged, there was no plunger, and no bedding changes unless extra was paid! I was very surprised and do not feel we could stay there again.

As an extended stay hotel we do things a little differently. In order to keep our rates low we only charge our guests for the services they use. We hope that we'll consider us again the next time you need a place to stay.
