Refund Policy Is Ridiculous It's good if you're on a tight budget...but you definitely get what you pay for. Very disappointed that they refused to refund me for one night after I checked out a day early (well before 0900). They said it was their "policy". For that reason alone, I won't be returning.

There was a separate charge for everything. For example clean towels, and wi-fi. And 9 out of 10 times the room card key wouldn't work. The toilet clogged, there was no plunger, and no bedding changes unless extra was paid! I was very surprised and do not feel we could stay there again.

Worst stay, don't take children there! I went there for business so I didn't have kids with me. The hotel charged me a second time for the room. I even asked if he just charged me again and he said no. Then when confronted he said that's how it works when you book online. The room was clean however, there were a lot of shady characters there that constantly bothered me asking if I wanted to "party" and my floor constantly smelled of marijuana. Privacy Invaded to the Max I stayed here couple months back. It was an ok stay. I just recently came back about a week ago. & my peep hole was REVERSED. If u looked in from Outside the for u could c the room CLEARLY. PRIVACY INVADED! I left. I was given a refund for what i paid. But the General Manager asked me if i did it!? I was furious bc muy privacy had been invaded. It was a VERY WEIRD SITUATION. only my room peep hole was messed up . & i didn't get an apology. Smh.
