Disabled Veteran and Church Minister Vehicle Vanalized and parts stolen with in first week of ownership. ** disabilty and service animal rights and Accommodations until lawfully denied and Veteran harassed. And Threatened 4 times.

They kicked us out of our room because we would not give them documentation for a service animal. By federal law we are not required to documentation for a service animal. This is protected by the **** The front desk clerk ******** is the one that has kicked us out for following the federal laws.

FALSE ADVERTISING! I called the customer service line to get a resolution to their deal that states you can get 50% off if you stay 30 days or longer. Well, you can only book 21 days max at any location in *******************. The customer service agent verified that this deal was still in existence and said all he could do was send my complaint to the manager at the location. I let him know I had just spoke with the general manager at the front desk who suggested I call corporate. I told the agent I would escalate this comp... read more

Stayed at **************************************************, near airport. TV, Microwave did not work, faucet in bathroom and generally bathroom was disgusting. I called guest relations, sent email with pics attached. Aparantly the manager of the property said all was in working order. I am taking it up the chain, but would advise anyone to NOT stay in this property. The management is not to be trusted and corporate so far does not really seem to care.

People are throwing parties and blasting music while youre trying to sleep, people on the upper floors sound like theyre running marathons, slamming doors shake near by rooms, theres drug paraphernalia littered on the ground and the smell from people constantly smoking weed in the parking lot seeps into your room. Its shocking that this place hasnt been shut down.

The hotel is a "dump." It should be called the "Hillbilly Hilton." It is full of drug addicts and ********** people. Half of them are MAGA and not friendly to non-white travelers. The manager and district manager have serious problems and exhibit unprofessional behavior. My trouble started when I went to ask for change one day. I turn my loose change from lunch and gas purchases into dollars. I always gave all quarters or a mix of other silver pieces. Refusing to allow only me to upgrade to a suite in this hotel, with NO explanation. Taking a month and a half to call a plumber to fix my toilet and making me run all over this hotel to use the bathroom at all hours of the day and night. All the while I am paying this hotel 2k a month. My sink finally got fixed after a year of being broken, all the while your GM has done nothing. 2.
