Like a military dorm Be Warned! This is NOT a regular hotel. It is an "extended stay" and looks as though it has been used for low-wage construction crews for years. Totally dingy and completely no frills to the point that the two chairs were plastic cafeteria-style chairs. There was old toothpaste in my sink. No one was there to check me in, I had to call on a phone in the waiting room (as there is no lobby). Since there aren't any "Do Not Disturb" signs the maid woke me up in the morning despite me checking in at midnight.... read more

Find somewhere else to stay Front desk person was very nice but very incompetent. Paper thin walls , could hear conversations in adjoining rooms and someone moving luggage and chairs around in the middle of the night upstairs.

Comparable cheap but you get what you pay for. Lobby isn't open too often. Sat there just waiting to be helped. Two people to a twin bed was awful but my bad for not seeing that on description. Omaha hotel is some bs deal. I mean Omaha is not some tourist hotspot and no reason for hotels to be so expensive.

Not Staff's Fault Expedia promised us a non-smoking double room, and we ended up with two smoking rooms. The hotel was great in that they comped us the second room, but, Expedia clearly fell down on the job in terms of communicating with the hotel. ' I am quite shocked that there are still hotels that have smoking rooms. If I would have known this, I would have never booked us here. The room was clean, but, I have finally gotten the smoke out of all of our stuff. The staff were exceeding nice, but, would not every stay ther... read more

Run Away The pictures online look great. The actual experience is a whole other story. This hotel appears to have recently changed to the WoodSpring, and is thus updating. They've gotten about a third of the way to the goal and stopped. The first room had no working deadbolt, and reeked of smoke. It took 4 more attempts to find a room with a working lock. They've attempted to repair the door jam for the new lock set, and in doing so have obstructed the deadbolts ability to engage. The room is sparsely furnished, not even a l... read more

Not happy at all! This hotel is a suite with kitchens. There was a refrigerator and a microwave with a small cooking stove. However, there were no dishes, utensils, glasses, or pots and pans. There was not even a coffee pot. The staff at the front desk told me we could get plates and cups for 2 for an additional charge of about $25. Had I known this, I would not have stayed here. in order to get coffee in the morning, I had to drive to the nearest convenience store about 10 minutes away. In addition to the lack of amenities ... read more

Reeked of smoke The moment we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor, we smelled cigarette smoke. Then, when we opened the door to our room, the smell was 10 times worse. I called down to the front desk, and she told me it wasn't a smoking room, but it was on a smoking floor. It reeked so bad, I was sure we were going to smell bad ourselves after only 3 minutes in the room. We left and found another hotel.
