No soap, shampoo, hair dryer, or coffee furnished. Paper thin walls, could hear talking in next room. Construction workers staying there had campfire out back and could hear them when trying to go to sleep.

Realize is extended stay. 2 good things going for it—location & staff. Refrigerator outside looked like spaghetti sauce had been thrown on it. Let staff know & they said it was probably rust & would clean it up. Rust doesn’t leave splatter spots like that & never cleaned it up. Bed sucked. Thin & could feel springs. Horrible creaking when barely moved. Air conditioner sounded like jet taking off & never cooled room down. Go to New Victorian Inn. Same price but at least CLEAN. Or spend extra $20/night for a clean place!

A Rough Stay!! The rooms were really dirty. But the linen on beds and towels were clean. The floors were very dirty and they needed a good scrub. It had most of the time really bad odors in the hotel.

I had a couple of doctors appointments in Omaha, so I booked a room here for about a week, giving my credit card number to hold the room. A little before I went, I found out that one of the appointments was moved up quite a bit, so I didn't need to stay there as long as I planned. When I got there, I told the clerk that I had reservations for a room but didn't need the room for as long as I had planned. What a hole. Do not stay here. Clean rooms every 2 weeks. One half bar of soap. No shampoo. 2 plastic stackable chairs in room. Room looks like an IKEA going out of business sale with what little furniture there is in a room. What a crap hole.

There was hair and liquid spilled all in the refrigerator when I check in, told front desk while I was at the store. When I came back to the hotel, it was slightly cleaned but there was still stuff in there so I didn’t feel comfortable putting my items inside so I checked out of the room as it wasn’t the room type I asked for anyways.
