Dirty shower no soap or shampoo in the bathroom 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no shower curtain

I checked in at 3 in the morning. Had to wait for an attendant , not really a problem. Its 3 in the morning, But. They sent me to a room that was unmade up. The bed had been slept in. GROSS. I was too tired to make a fuss and get the attendant out of bed again. They did give me a new room in the morning. Also the vending machines don't acept cash, charge $1.50 to use credit. Both luggage carts all tires are flat.

Check reviews before staying here The place is not clean, the bed was uncomfortable. Informed hotel personnel and no action taken by them to sweep dirty floors. Noisy place, will need to run fan for white noise. My first and last stay.

Unable to use the laundry for 3 days. Went to new job in dirty clothes. Didn't like the drunken party outside the back door compleat with loud music. Hotel management had to be aware of it.

Looks good on outside, but bad on inside First off bedsheets had stains on them. I called front desk and they said you can come get fresh sheets. The maid service never came to clean room nor change out towels or sheets. There are signs about 24 hour cameras, however the hotel has no security cameras. I found that out because my car was vandalized. I will never stay here again.

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. However, the noise level was crazy!! The people next door allowed their 13 and under children to stay in a room next to theirs. They slammed the door constantly sometime 20-30 times in an hour. The parents themselves acted like they were entitled to disturb everyone on the floor. If for not this it would have been a 6/10 stay. extra pay is required to change linens, towels and for another roll of toilet paper.

10 days and no cleaning in the room. Elevator super dirty. Smells like weed all the time.

Thank you for your feedback. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
