Not Pleased I stayed here for one night because I had an early flight the next morning. The property in itself was not that bad. Pretty nice shape. However the main thing about this hotel is that at 10:00pm at night the staff leave and close and do not come back until 9:00am the next morning. So there is a hotel full of random people all night in a building with not one staff member or employee. God forbid anything go wrong or you need assistance for something. Don't be confused by the word "suite" Not even a coffee in the room. Very much like a basic motel. Really puzzled this was give a quite high mark

A hotel that opened too soon. The facility is new but should not yet be open to the public. No hotel should have a sign that says the hours of front desk operation are 9 am- 10 pm. For the safety and convenience of all hotel guests, there needs to staff on dury at all times. At check-in, I asked how to order a ride to the airport at 7am the next morning. I was given a phone number to call for a taxi. It did not work. At 10:30 pm, after calling that number a several times, I called the "emergency" number for the hotel. The wo... read more

Just a place to lay your head The floors in the room were sticky with chocolate candy stuck to the floor. There was no complementary water, ice, soup, tea or dishes that came along with the kitchen. There was also no one to assist you at the desk after a certain time. I will never stay in this hotel again. No deck, pool or close restaurants.

Nice hotel, near to a lot of commercial It's a good experience. Near to a lot of commercial. Near to my brother's house. It's an big room, with facilities to cook, refrigerator, microwave.

Newer building, OK price, cheap construction. Building is almost new and interior is nicely decorated. Construction products used were extremely cheap, with paper thin doors and walls, leading to a good amount of noise getting into the room. Cheap installation, loose shower drain, sloppy installation of light switches, shower door that doesn't close. No soap in room, that was apparently an oversight, lots of long-term guests. behind the scenes The lobby was very pleasing and the receptionist very personable. Unfortunately, the 1st room we were assigned to had not been serviced (we arrived at about 7PM) so we saw the behind the scenes view of what a room looks like after the linens are removed. It was quite off-putting. Only the sheets were removed from the bed. There was a thin liner under the sheets and mattress pad which apparently doesn't get cleaned between guests. Paid for reservation and was left out on the stree Paid for reservation and was left out on the street I made the reservation through Orbitz and when we got to the hotel they said there were no rooms and we were left out to sleep on the street. Very very very very dissatisfied with the experience and I expect my money back.

Don't stay here This was honestly the worst hotel I've stood at after the 3rd day I no long wanted to be at the hotel anymore. The staff was so rude & gave me attitude every time I asked for something. Will definitely not be returning
