false advertising on website Website say FULL KITCHEN but you have to bring your own dishes. Front desk will tell you NO cooking allowed, but yet you will smell people cooking from nearby rooms. Website false advertising

Horrible service They charge to help bring your luggage down. No airport shuttle either and the hotel has the nerve to carry out "orlando airport" in it's title.. the floor was hardwood and filthy!!! Smelled like cigarettes in the hallway also and the elevator was super hot! Smelled like burnt plastic in the elevator.

If you want to sleep dont stay here It was the worst staff was extremely noisy could hear the people next door talking Needed towels never delivered had to get Worst stay ever

not a hotel. It was the worst in years for us. No service at the front desk. No service for transportation to the airport. No morning breakfast. No curtains in the room. Building occupied by permanent residents. It was not a hotel but rather a left over place for people to stay. Terrible

THE WORSE STAFF THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THE WORSE. THEY LOST MY RESERVATION, I EVEN SHOW THEM MINE THEY STILL DIDNT HONORED. I LOST MY MONEY CUZ THEY NOT WANNA IT TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY TOLD EXPEDIA I NEVER SHOW UP.

Not as advertised "Kitchen" has no cookware or utensils and no dishwasher despite advertising to the contrary. Cook set for two available for additional $40 fee. Room was newer and looked nice but we initially found floor dirty and sticky, obviously not cleaned well prior to our occupancy. Bathroom also cleaner and newer looking, but my wife's "clean" towel was full of someone else's hair. Fire Alarm Stay Was so bad, fire alarm worked by itself. 3 times during my stay!!!
