Disappointing The room had black short and long hair everywhere (bathroom toilet, inside the bed, and on the bed spread). Also, inside the shower. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that did not send someone to clean the room. I was left with dirty towels on my 2nd day, and the room was never cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that if I wanted clean towels that it was my own responsibility to walk downstairs to get them myself!!! Are you kidding me?? Front desk was nice and friendly, very helpful. The rooms were really nice, however, there seemed to be some communication issue with the FD because one of the guys walked in to my room while i was asleep. Then, a couple days later the exterminator tries to barge into the room and then he ends up spraying my room without any notice whatsoever. My friends was also bit by a bedbug as well. Overall, rooms were really nice but the stay was not so great.

Poor staff poor quality Automatically we get told our room isn't ready and the front desk guy makes an excuse with an I don't care attitude about not having enough staff and when the room is ready it's like the person didn't clean it.

First off, the staff was lovely. I had no problems whatsoever with the front desk at any point. My problems were with the cleanliness (I have photos of the roaches that appeared in the air conditioning and in the bathroom throughout my week stay) and the fact that this is mostly a long-term stay hotel. Worst customer service booked a room around 3 PM. After a long day went to check in room around 2AM and at first wasn’t even let in the lobby because they said they had no rooms. I waited in the hallway calmly explaining I had a confirmation code and was told I had a room by Expedia. Finally I was let in the lobby and after almost one hour was told Expedia overbooked and I still has no room.
