Get what you pay for. No coffee pot, cooking supplies, ironing board, iron at the hotel. 4 days to fix a broken fridge. Never cleaned the room once in 12 days.

not to nice , wouldn't recommend Seemed more like a motel, I believe guest rent out to live there, I could be wrong, the people next door were very noisy with crying kids, tv load, just not a good experience

Don't stay here. Overpriced. No hairdryer, no iron/ironing board in room, and a kitchen with no utensils, not even a glass/plastic cup for water.

I would rate the hotel OK - it wasn't the most clean - there were several alarms that went off during the week while I stayed there - I was not told that there was no cleaning service during the week - however they did provide fresh towels upon request (although they did not tell me this when I checked in) The staff was friendly

Avoid this place! The property was nice and updated (and new), but the service and ammenities were poor. The front desk has limited hours which I didn't think would matter but after a long day and with tired kids, waiting 30 minutes to be let in/given keys was not what I had in mind. On top of that, Michelle (front desk) was extremely rude! The front desk was still closed in the morning until 9am. We woke up at 7 and I had no hair dryer...apparently they are available at the front desk, but that does no good when it is close... read more

Facility was clean but very noisey at night The walls must be thin because we could hear everything outside. Woke up every hour to something different.

Disappointed Made a reservation here a week ago with a deposit and the hotel sold my room. There was a convention in town so when I arrived it was no longer available. They didn't even try to help me find another room. I ended up staying over 30 minutes away from my job site. I will never book with this brand again. That was a very unethical move on their part. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

No frills whatsover Very noisy as windows did very little to keep the sounds of the airplanes and nearby traffic out. First night had noisy neighbours above us who were banging around on the non-carpeted floors at 1:00 am. Was going to call the front desk, but see my last point. Thought about eating in after we found out we had a kitchen, but then realized there were no plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. No coffee maker in the room but free coffee in the foyer, although there were no cups when we went to get coffee on 2 occas... read more
