No hot water I have never liked having to shower in cold water,the water never even got to warm, how do anyone wash up with cold water. I will never go there again. You really need to check out where you send people

dormitory scare night place is new so the building is nice.the only issue with cleaning is the floors. they are not being cleaned well, my socks were black within minutes. Towels were new and clean, but inferior in quality very thin.the place was extremely noisy until after midnight. men kept knocking at my door. Not very clean I found a large roach in one of the cabinets that had been crushed and left there. I also found 2 long hairs on two towels in the bathroom that I saw as soon as I walked in to the bathroom.

Poor maintenance , no house keeping,towels are old The room has kitchen but no cooking tools you have to rent for the tools. No hair dryer, no iron .

No one was there to check me in!!! I had booked one night at this hotel. Actually I was to check in very early in the morning after arriving in Orlando on a red eye flight and check out several hours later. It was only to get some sleep before a meeting. I called the hotel before boarding my flight to explain that I would be arriving at 6AM so that they wouldn't give my room away and was assured that a note to that effect was added to the reservation. You get what you pay for but even then- not really Pros- close to the airport, cheap, hotel staff can be very accommodating. Cons- there is no housekeeping so you need to clean up after yourself which can be difficult when you're at a place with limited amenities. You have to take out your own garbage, when your towels are dirty- you have to personally go ask the front desk to swap you for new ones, no clean sheets at all unless you stay there 2 weeks+, there were ants in our room so that was disgusting. Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Hotel located far away from the city center. Southamerican staff very rude. There are better hotels nearby with hot breakfast included and free airport shuttle.

Péssimo Já fiquei em vários hotéis em Orlando, mas com certeza esse foi o pior de todos. Não tinha limpeza nos quartos ( 10 dias ) para trocar as toalhas de banho, tinha que ir na portaria, não funciona a recepção depois das 22:00 horas, recepção péssima, travesseiro da cama era tão pequeno que parecia de criança,tem suporte de cozinha, mas não tem utensílios para o uso da mesma, não tinha prato, panela, copos e talheres.O local do Hotel é horrível .
